1. About the Terms

1.1 Babyscreen offers health care services in clinics in the form of fertility and fetal diagnostics analyzes ("Services"). Appointments for Services can be made at (the "Website"). These booking conditions (the "Terms") apply to all appointments made on the Website.

1.2 When you book an appointment, you enter into an agreement with Babyscreen Sweden AB, with organization number 559328–3418 and address Kungsgatan 32, 411 19 Gothenburg ("Babyscreen", "us" or "we").

2. Appointment

2.1 On the Website, you choose which time and at which clinic you want to perform the Service. In order to complete the booking, you must accept the Terms.

2.2 When you have completed the booking, we will send you a booking confirmation as soon as possible via e-mail. The booking confirmation means that a binding agreement on time booking has been entered into. We recommend that you save the booking confirmation to facilitate any contacts with us.

Price and payment

3.1 You pay for the Service in connection with your visit to the clinic. The payment options we offer are stated on the Website. The price you have to pay is always stated on the Website in connection with your booking. The price on the Website includes applicable VAT.

3.2 If the price or information about a Service listed on the Website is incorrect and you realized or should have realized this, the price or information will not apply to the booking. In such cases, we will notify you before the Service begins to be performed.

Promotions, discount codes and other offers

4.1 We may from time to time offer promotions, discount codes and other offers ("Offers"). Such Offers are valid only during the period and with the conditions specified in connection with the Offer. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless expressly stated on the Website.

4.2 For certain Offers, you need to enter any code or otherwise activate the current Offer before you complete the purchase in order to take advantage of it. In other respects, these Terms also apply to Offers.

5. Late cancellation

You always have the right to cancel your time. If you cancel your appointment later than 24 hours before the visit, we will charge you SEK 850.

6. Right of withdrawal and cancellation of time

6.1 You have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer law.

6.2 If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us by contacting us at the contact details specified in section 1.3 above before the 14-day cancellation period has expired. The 14-day withdrawal period will start on the day you make the booking on the Website. You can also choose to use the standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal that the Swedish Consumer Agency has produced, see here. The form must be sent to us.

6.3 If you regret your booking, we will not charge you as a starting point. If you regret later than 24 hours before the visit, however, we will charge you SEK 850 in accordance with our rules for late cancellation.

7. Complaint about the booking service

If our booking service on the Website does not work satisfactorily or if you have any complaints, you are welcome to contact us at the contact information shown in 1.3 above.

8. Information

8.1 We reserve the right to make full bookings and any image or writing errors on the Website, in advertisements or other marketing material as well as descriptions of our Services. We have the right to correct any errors, change or update the information on the Website and to continuously make changes and improvements to the Website. The content of the Website is not healthcare advice but is only a description of which Services we offer.

8.2 The Website and all its contents are owned by Babyscreen or, where applicable, by our licensors. The information on the Website is protected by, among other things, intellectual property law. This means that you may not copy or use trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about products and other content without our prior written approval.

9. Force Majeure

If we are unable to fulfill our obligations to you or if the performance of our obligations becomes significantly more difficult due to circumstances beyond our control, such as war and natural disasters, we have no obligation to fulfill our obligations during these circumstances. However, you always have the right to exercise your rights under mandatory consumer law.

10. Changes and transfers

10.1 We may change these Terms at any time, but the booking terms that you approved at the time of your booking always apply to that booking. All changes will be apparent from the latest published version of the Terms on the Website. The new terms and conditions will apply to you once you have accepted the Terms, ie in connection with you making a new booking on the Website.

10.2 We have the right to transfer to all or part of all our rights and obligations to third parties without your prior consent.

11. Applicable law and disputes

11.1 These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law.

11.2 If you have any questions or complaints, you are welcome to contact us at the contact information stated in section 1.3 above.

11.3 If you have a complaint about something that is linked to these Terms, you can contact the General Complaints Board (ARN) via or by post to Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. In the event of a dispute, we follow ARN's recommendations. However, ARN does not try disputes regarding the provision of health and medical care services.
